Erin is a moderate sweet red tri bitch with a great temperament. She is a wonderful Mother and a great babysitter for Petal. She came to live with me in the Spring of 2003. Erin was bred and owned by my dear friend and mentor Shirley Gambold of Lakespring Australian Shepherds. Shirley taught me so much about the breed as a whole. She spent many days educating me on how to handle, groom and understand what an Aussie should be. She accompanied me to my first few shows to help and introduced me to a lot of great people.
Shirley became terminally ill in the Spring of 2002 and passed away on October 13, 2002. She was a wonderful person and is missed every day by many of her friends. Shirley and I co-bred one litter and that is where I got my wonderful Erin daughter, Darcy. Darcy is my first Bred By Exhibitor champion.
